At JAPA RUGS we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we accept returns within 14 daysof receiving your order, provided that the item:

• Is in its original condition.
• Has not been used or altered.
• Is returned with its original packaging and all accessories, if applicable.

Return Conditions:

1. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
2. Proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
3. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will issue the refund within 7 business days.

Exceptions:

• Personalized products can only be returned in case of a defect or an error in the customization. If the return is accepted, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
